Initiate Your Request

Log in to your Trenbe account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the item back into its original designer box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity cards and dust bags are included inside.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once our quality team inspects the item.
